If your item doesn't fit as expected, we can exchange it. 
We do not issue refunds;
shipping costs will be your responsibility,
and the exchange must be made within a maximum of 8 calendar days. To begin this process, send us a WhatsApp message to the following number.
We are available Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. +52 56 3909 4215 A payment of $350 is required for two DHL parcel postage stamps.
The first postage stamp will be for the item being returned,
and the second postage stamp will be for the exchanged item. If the exchanged item is more expensive, the difference must be paid. Once the item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. Exchanging an item that has a discount will not be valid,
and the difference must be paid. No exchanges or returns will be made on items with discounts or sales.
