Free shipping on orders over $3,100 MXN within the Mexican Republic!

NOTE: This benefit applies throughout Mexico, except for deliveries to extended or remote areas.
If your postal code falls one of these zones, we’ll let you know before shipping your order so you can cover the corresponding cost.

For orders under $3,100 MXN, shipping within Mexico has a flat rate of $160.00 MXN.

All domestic shipments are handled by DHL, with delivery times of 3 to 5 business days.
If your order weighs less than 1 kg, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days

International Shipping

Shipping costs to other countries are automatically calculated at checkout.
International orders are shipped via Estafeta, starting at $800.00 MXN, plus $160.00 MXN for every additional 0.5 kg.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.

Due to U.S. government regulations, starting August 28, 2025, some shipments to the United States may incur customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

Please note that these charges are not controlled by our store or the courier service; they are applied by the destination country’s customs authorities. We recommend keeping this in mind before placing your order.

Additional Note

We love that you want to add more beautiful pieces to your order!
Just a quick reminder: although shipping is free on purchases over $3,100 MXN, if you add items after completing your original order, the package’s total weight and volume may increase.
In those cases, an additional shipping fee may apply, calculated based on the final size and weight of your package.
